  They were helpful each time I have been there and have even suggested a couple ways to reduce my bill without cutting services. It's where I go every time my phone "dies".

  I went there today because my SIM card malfunctioned. Instead of offering me any help, the rep said something had to be wrong with my phone and not the SIM, I would to pay full price for a new SIM, and I couldn't even purchase the SIM myself since the account is not under my name. I had to drive another 3 hours just to get another SIM and thankfully that rep was willing to do their job.
